Broker Compensation: Seller Referrals: The referring broker will receive 30% of the sell-side commission when the Colorado Business Exchange sells the referred business. Buyer Referrals: The referring broker will receive 30% of the buy-side commission when the referred buyer (Buyer) purchases the business for which they were referred, or 1% of the closing price if the Buyer purchases any other business listed by the Colorado Business Exchange.
